To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnNepal and its affiliates, instructors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your access to or use of the platform.

We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your account or your right to use the platform at any time for violation of these Terms and Conditions or for any other conduct we deem inappropriate.
